This is an organization devoted to RCV voting. Vote for as many candidates as you like, in order of how much you like them. If your best choice loses, then your vote can still count for another who hasn't lost yet. 

They are very active in Virginia and are looking for volunteers to help them persuade the public and the Virginia legislature.
