We are an organization of volunteers. Everything we do is done by people who choose to do it.

Here are people who are doing something that works and want additional volunteers. Presumably they have some idea how to train new volunteers. The Green Party may not have approved any particular volunteer effort listed here.

If your own project is ready for additional volunteers, you can write it up. First give it a short descriptive name, and then you will have a chance to add a longer description.
