page will be subpage of projects. leader describes his project. At bottom is a button to ask for more info. Click on that button, BUREAUCRACY makes new page that user can click on to send name and email and text to leader.
I want the new page to display 216.73.216.97 and and send them to leader's address. I'd be fine if it didn't display them, but I haven't found out how to get BUREAUCRACY to do that. And BUREAUCRACY doesn't decode them until after it displays them, though before it sends.Decode first, substitute? But VAR might only display, not substitute into macros.
